Bernie Clayton started Shared Office Solutions to help small businesses get started or grow without having to worry about large overhead expenses or worrying about hiring employees. We have all the office equipment a business would need to be successful.

Bernie has served clients who struggled with starting and maintaining their business!

With this witness, through his clients, Shared Office Solutions was born! Taxes, insurance, entity choice, and overhead are primary concerns for any business, particularly with new businesses.

Bernie is married to a Nurse at UF Health Jacksonville and has raised six children in Nassau County. He is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community.
